Whereas BOTA DE ORO sells Team Shirts online, which are not original models from their national distributors; considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the shirts offered by BOTA DE ORO through its sales channels; and given that the product arrives directly from other countries to the customer's address, the purpose of this contract is to establish the general conditions for the purchase of products and services by the customer on the BOTA DE ORO website. 1. Confidentiality: BOTA DE ORO is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process 2.
