As this is an international order, the tracking information on the Correos website may appear within 7 working days after the tracking code is provided. The delivery address details must be reviewed by the buyer before confirming the purchase, and if the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of failed delivery attempts, it remains at the branch available for collection, but if it is not collected, it must be returned to the sender abroad. After confirmation of reshipment, the delivery period will begin to run from the date of this confirmation, which will be recorded in the order record.
